		<description>I totally agree, that the only possibility to lose weight that can really work is the combination of eating healthy and training hard. Eating healthy I mean eating plain and fresh food like lots of fruit and vegetables, fish, boiled meat (not fried), natural milk, nuts and so on, but no stupit diets like starvation for days!! Only sport and &quot;clever&quot; lifestlye will bring you to success!</description>
