A man’s body is different from a woman’s, and there are different body types that people fall into. Depending on your sex and body type, two people can weigh the same exact amount but one can be healthy and the other can be overweight. For example, a 6′2″ muscular man can weigh 220 lbs and be considered healthy, while a 5′1″ woman weighing 220 pounds can be considered overweight.
So what if you are 50, 100, or even 200 pounds over your “healthy weight?” Is it possible to use a weight loss program like P90X to see results?
