Intensity. That’s the keyword to completely transforming your body.

If you want to go from fat to fit, or fit to really fit, you need intensity. Intensity means pushing yourself to the limit for a short period of time, so you can achieve noticeable results as a way to motivate yourself. The results can be physical or mental, as long as you are making progress quickly.

Too many weight loss books, programs, and recommendations say “lose weight slow, about 1 or 2 pounds a week. It’s the safe way to lose weight!” Most of the time, this doesn’t work. Would the Biggest Loser be a popular show if the contests took 18 months to lose weight and taking an hour walk everyday? Probably not.

Why not just lose weight as fast as you possibly can?
