    You are so right! Everyone want to get abs by putting in 10 minutes a week for crunches. Well mofos, guess what? Ain’t gonna happen. Like BBJ here says, if you wanna have abs to show off, you gotta eat like an Ethiopian at dinner and exercise like a Nigerian escaping from the FBI. You gotta put as much effort into dropping fat and building abdominal density as the Al-Qaeda put into trying to destroy America. Make it happen.
