		<description>I have been on a very simple diet, don&#039;t weigh don&#039;t obsess, &amp; don&#039;t eat late at nights.  This has been a really good strat, I have actually lost 7ibs over the last month.  And finally I am back in my fav jeans from 2007.</description>
