		<description>Out of all the websites I read, this is by far the HONEST TRUTH. . .it does not get any better then that, Outspoken and clearly to the point.  I guess great minds do think alike.  In some cases when im sore and tired from either jump roping, swimming, boxing, or just jogging. . .Im laying down, flipping channels and I do see these lame and stupid commercials, feeding iggnorant people SHIT. "Loose your mid-section excercising 20 minutes a day, 2-3 days out of the week. . .blah blah blah". .. . and I think to myself.  Are you fucking serious?. . .how many people acutally take the time, pick up the phone and call these money milking commerials?  LAZY PEOPLE. . .I eat healthy day by day, excercise 2-3 times a day and have lost a total of 32lbs. within a 2 month strict diet.  Yes, I do get tempted from time to time, so I go on ahead and treat myself to (1) ONE fast food meal.  Mostly every two weeks, I take a bite out of that big juicy burger, I used to kill within 1 minute.. .. and I gauge of how heavy and greasy it is.  NASTY is my def. of fast food now.  I for one agree with this website and am happy that someone decided to motivate people the way I have been motivating people locally.  "LIVESTRONG". . .and "IF YOU AIENT BURNING, YOU AIENT WORKING" are two quotes I live up to that get me threw the day.</description>
