		<description>There are tons of Fad diets, I tried Atkins and gained the weight back.  Now when I look at Atkins I dont see how it can be considered healthy or safe.  I did follow south Beach and did Power 90 this past Jan and Feb and can honestly say that within just 2.5 months I did drop 20lb.  I noticed with South Beach i was getting headaches the first week, I believe it was cause by suddenly removing all sugars and all carbs from my diet for 2 weeks.  Maybe this isn't healthy to some but the headaches and cravings stopped within 4 days.  To me its a matter of self control and sticking with a plan which is where most people fail.  I am pregnant now and am gaining quickly.  I stopped working out when I found out and decided last week I needed to get back on track so have started doing the strength training of Power 90 but not doing the cardio (this is the origional Power 90 not the new P90X) For cardio I am just using a cross trainer at the gym.  I think if you set yourself a goal and focus day by day like you are doing you will achieve you goals!  Keep at it!</description>
