		<description>Great post. Doing things you love will actually makes you feel great and will make you stick with it. Exercise should be fun. Being fit and healthy should be fun also. We have different ideas and routines on how to look and feel great. If you love running, then run. It's a great cardiovascular workout. If dancing is what makes you feel good, then dance. It's one of the best aerobic regimen. And if simply looking good is what you love doing most, then always keep track on what you eat and what you do. Toning down muscles and losing weight will not only makes you feel and do good, but also makes you look younger.</description>

		<description>This is so true, weight loss does not have to suck!  You'll feel better about yourself, you'll be more awake and energetic, and all doing something that you actually LIKE to do.  

Exercise isnt all free weights and treadmills, sometimes its just getting your butt up off the couch.</description>

		<description>I have joined a gym endless times and never get very far with it but I have found something I really enjoy - I got a dog - Syd and now go on endless walks so it really does work you do not hate every form of exercise you have to find the one thats right for you Syd and I jog along the river and it is great for my energy and losing weight.</description>
