		<description>That;s a very informative post. I didn't know theres more to it than just losing weight. You still have to do some math. And I agree with steve, water is still the best for the body.</description>

		<description>We should drink water and stay away from soda and sweetened drinks: Water is essential not only for life, but also for weight loss. Water cleans out all the harmful toxins from our body, boosts our metabolic rate and helps us to lose weight. We should drink at least eight glasses of water or more per day and if possible we should also drink a glass of water each before and after meal, as well as another glass in between our meals. This way, we will consume far less food than you would otherwise, with the result that you will lose our weight.</description>
